Amir raised a million eyebrows by posing almost in the buff in the first poster of PK and everyone was waiting with bated breaths to see what sensational will Aamir Khan do in the second poster.
The second motion poster of the film is out now, and it shows Aamir in traditional Rajasthani attire and a trumpet which wears the name Bhairosingh Band.
Aamir, who speaks in Bhopjuri in the film, tweeted the new poster with a an accompanying caption in the dialect:
The motion poster that has also just been released includes Aamir-speak in Bhojpuri, which translates as: “Why are you staring at me like that? You don’t recognise me just because I’ve worn clothes? I am that same PK, transistor wala.”
This is in stark contrast with the first poster which displayed Aamir in a nude avatar with an old world transistor covering his private parts.
Aamir defended himself at the time by saying, “When you (audience) will watch the film then only you will be able to understand the idea behind (the poster). But I would just like to say that the kind of filmmaker, the kind of writer Rajkumar is, he always tries to present the things, his thinking, in a unique way and that’s why I am his huge fan.”
PK reunites Aamir with his 3 Idiots director Rajkumar Hirani and co-stars Anushka Sharma, Sanjay Dutt and Sushant Singh Rajput. It releases on December 19.
