Mahendra Singh Dhoni who is popularly known as MS Dhoni is an Indian Criketer and the current captain of Indian National Cricket Team.he is an attacking right handed middle order batsmen and a aweswome wicketkeeper,he is also knowen as the best finisher in limited over game.He is also the captain of Chennai Superkings in IPL.under his leader ship Indian cricket team has won the first world t20 worldcup .He made the team rank 1 in all the format of the game.Under his leadership India won the worldcup in 2011 after 28 years .UNder his leadership CSK had won the IPL trophy two times in 2010 and 2011.he also made CSK win  2010 Champions League Twenty20.

MS DHONI is the vice president of India cement LTD after resigning from Air India .he has been the captain of CSK since first edition of IPL.

He has got many awards .He has won the the ICC ODI Player of the Year award in 2008 and 2009 (the first player to win the award twice), the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award in 2007 and the Padma Shri, India’s fourth highest civilian honour, in 2009. He was named as the captain of ICC World Test XI and ICC World ODI XI teams for 2009. The Indian Territorial Army conferred the honorary rank of Lieutenant Colonel  to Dhoni on 1 November 2011. He is the second Indian cricketer after Kapil Dev to have received this honour. In June 2014, Forbes ranked Dhoni at 22nd in the list of highest paid athletes in the world, estimating his earnings at US$30 million. In June 2013,Forbes ranked him at 16th with $31.5 million.  The TIME magazine has added Dhoni in its “Time 100” list of 100 most influential people of 2011. SportsPro has rated Dhoni as the sixteenth most marketable athlete in the world.
